What will you do as a Senior ILS Specialist?

As a Senior Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Specialist, you play a coordinating and guiding role. You ensure that everything your colleagues prepare comes together effectively. You monitor the quality of maintenance plans, coordinate with suppliers and maintain oversight of the logistics processes required to keep Defense equipment operational.

Your main tasks include:

Coordinating the work of ILS Specialists;
Reviewing and improving maintenance plans and ILS documentation;
Aligning with suppliers, project managers and maintenance teams;
Reporting on progress and quality to management;
Ensuring accurate data entry and processing in SAP.

What do you need for this role?

As an Senior ILS Specialist, you combine technical and logistical expertise with a coordinating role. You serve as the key point of contract within projects and maintain a clear overview of execution and priorities.

Education & knowledge:

A bachelors degree, preferably in engineering, logistics or business administration;
Proven experience as an ILS Specialist or in a similar role;
Knowledge of maintenance and logistics processes;
Experience with SAP or similar systems.
