Talentmark has been a specialized recruitment agency for over 50 years. We originally started with recruiting and placing professionals within the Life Sciences sector. Building on that foundation, we now apply our experience within the Defense sector—an environment where reliability, precision, and continuity are essential.

Within Defense and its suppliers, we focus on disciplines such as production, technicians (mechanical & electrical), engineering, system integration, asset management, and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS). With a team of around 35 colleagues in the Netherlands, we are a reliable partner for both structural and temporary staffing needs. We provide tailored solutions through 360-degree recruitment, strategic outsourcing, and Managed Service Provider (MSP) services.

For professionals, this means personal guidance aligned with their expertise and ambitions. Through Talentmark, they gain the opportunity to work on challenging and socially impactful roles within Defense.
